Lori Germain is the guiding force behind Lorelei Personnel and Lorelei Temps. Winnie Von Werne - Director

Winnie has been with Lorelei Personnel since 1991, where she worked in our Temporary Division. In 1993, she transferred into our Direct Hire Division and become Manager in 1998, where she continues to run a desk specializing in the Fashion, Apparel and Accessories Industry. In 2003, she was promoted to Director of the Direct Hire Division. Winnie was Lorelei Personnel's 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 "Biller of the Year". Her dedication, hard work and her willingness to go "above and beyond" makes her an extremely successful recruiter and integral part of Lorelei Personnel.

Mindy Juva - Manager of Direct Hire Division

Mindy joined Lorelei Personnel in April 1997 in our Temporary Division where she was the Manager and then Director for the past 10 years. In July 2007, Mindy made an internal move and became the Manager in our Direct Hire Division.  Her areas of concentration for Permanent placements will be Executive and Administrative Assistants, Human Resources, Marketing and positions in Pharmaceutical areas.  Her industry experience combined with prior years in Outside Sales and Retail have made her a great addition and an asset to our staff.  On top of her extensive work experience, Mindy also has an AAS degree from FIT in NYC.   She is willing and able to go above and beyond in assisting any client or candidate in search of a job.

Betsy Merlonghi - Executive Recruiter

Betsy Merlonghi is highly knowledgeable, well informed and current with all aspects of the Entertainment & Sports Industries. Marilyn Kirsner - Business Manager

Any billing, accounting or payroll related questions can be directed to Marilyn Kirsner, Business Manager. Marilyn joined Lorelei Personnel in 1991 as a part-time bookkeeper and in 1993 she began working full-time. She is a 1973 graduate of Baruch College of the City University of New York, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management. Marilyn is responsible for payroll and all accounting functions of the company, as well as purchasing, resume writing, our computer system and inside administrator of our web site.
