Lorelei Germain, President and Owner
Lori Germain is the guiding force behind Lorelei Staffing and Lorelei Temps.
She founded the company in 1983, and has over 30 years of experience in the
employment agency and staffing service industries. Her commitment and dedication
to providing staffing solutions and unparalleled service to clients and applicants,
has helped make Lorelei Staffing among the top 20 employment consulting firms
in Central New Jersey. Through her memberships in local chambers of commerce,
East Brunswick Brain Injured Children Association and others, she has become
an important part of the community.
Winnie has been with Lorelei Staffing since 1991, where she worked in our Temporary Division. In 1993, she transferred
into our Direct Hire Division and become
Manager in 1998, where she continues to run a desk specializing in the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty. In 2003, she was promoted to Director
of the Direct Hire Division. Her dedication, hard work and her willingness to go "above
and beyond" makes her an extremely successful recruiter and integral
part of Lorelei Staffing.
Betsy Merlonghi is highly knowledgeable, well informed and current with all aspects of the Entertainment & Sports Industries. She has conducted numerous successful searches on behalf of major corporations encompassing the areas of television, film, cable, video, music, sports and public relations. Her clientele varies from Fortune 100 media and entertainment giants, as well as smaller venues. Betsy is efficient, effective and results oriented. She has the capability to quickly canvass all relevant industries, source a broad range of contacts, and recruits the best and brightest available talents.
Janine comes to Lorelei Staffing Inc. as an Account Executive in the Direct Hire Division. She has had extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and banking industry She is currently dedicated to recruiting, marketing, and providing staffing solutions for our clients and excellent at multitasking.
Nick Malefyt joined Lorelei Staffing in 1994. Nick specializes in working with New Jersey employers who are looking to enhance talent pools, complete project based work, and cover planned and unplanned absences. An avid believer in networking, Nick maintains membership in several local business and community based organizations. Nick has appeared in several publications regarding hiring, interviewing and the New Jersey job market. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.
Jennifer Cremonesi has worked in the staffing industry since 2000 placing top talent in hard to fill positions. Her expertise spans multiple industries and she has partnered with everything from small firms to multi-national corporations. Currently, she provides clients in our temporary division with highly qualified candidates and challenges herself every day to match talented individuals with exceptional opportunities.
Carl Guastaferro focuses on identifying talent for our interim staffing practice. Carl specializes in corporate staffing which includes but is not limited to accounting, administration, customer service, distribution, finance, HR, logistics, management, office support, payroll, project management and R&D. Carl is a graduate of Marist College and actively involved in local networking and community based organization.
Hannah Feldmeyer specializes in recruiting and staffing for our interim solutions practice. Hannah focuses on identifying star performers and maintaining a superior workforce for our corporate and clinically focused business partners. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in communications from Purdue University.
Charles Alario has more than 30 years of work experience and joined Lorelei Staffing in 2010. Throughout the years, he has helped countless people to accomplish their goals and he thrives on bringing together our clients with top industry talent. He works tirelessly to help our clients achieve their goals and is well respected and energetic. His specialty is the Engineering field, where he has built a strong reputation for delivering top quality candidates.
Autumn Cohen has been with Lorelei since 2009. She started out working in our temporary division and then transferred over to Accounting Division in the Spring of 2010. She was recently promoted to Business Manager. She has great interpersonal skills and can handle any challenge. She is great at problem solving and has been instrumental in helping our team achieve success.
